Seedling Service:

• Customers with active enrollment in the PAS Playlist Annual Support Plan can contact the support staff, with no attendance costs, through telephone  55+ 31 2136-2929 / +1 786 374 2930.


Conditions for Seedling Attendance:

  • The technical support services for clients not enrolled in the PAS Playlist have costs. See table of prices.
  • The maintenance of the seedling covered by the PAS is intended to solve problems that compromise the operation of the station.
  • Preventive maintenance service, update of software / operational systems and change of equipment must be made during business hours or scheduled in advance, by telephone 55+ 31 2136-2929 / +1 786 374 2930
  • Support through the system of occurrences and VOIP available only for enrolled in the PAS Playlist during business hours.
  • The costs of the telephone call are paid by the client.
