Support Service Conditions

The technical support of Playlist Software Solutions is available to all customers with an active PAS. Customers without a PAS subscription can access support for a fee, according to the price list.

Support is available during business hours, from Monday to Friday9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Brasília time).

To ensure the uninterrupted operation of stations with an active PAS, we offer an on-call service24/7 outside business hours, exclusively for resolving issues that may compromise the operation of the radio station, preventing it from going off the air.

Services such as preventive maintenancesoftware updates, and other support requests must be carried out during business hours or scheduled in advance through the following channels:

Support via the incident system in the Customer Area is available only to customers with an active PAS, during business hours. Call costs are the responsibility of the customer.
