Software updates
Updates of the software versions, as soon as they are released will be available at the client area to those who have a signature plan. The subscribers will also receive emails and notifications with products updates.
Technical Support
Technical Support in business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM (GTM-3), through the message exchange system, available in the client area at playlistsolutions.com. Configuration services and online technical trainings are also available at out business hours and must be previously scheduled through our call system in the client area.
